ABOUT THIS
EVENT
Fast down, grind up.
Flow down hard-packed and woodland tracks into the valley, weaving through the long runnable woodland path at the bottom, then climb your way back out on a unforgiving gradual ascent to that takes you to the top.
Save some energy for the short down hill stretch which leads you back into the finish

PARKING
Free parking is available in Phoenice Fields, which is also the start/finish location.
Please follow directional signs for event parking.
Marshals will be on hand to assist.
MANDATORY KIT
The mandatory kit requirements for all races is:
Mobile phone with Race Directors number saved it in (shared at registration).
GPX of the route on a mobile phone or watch.
For the 16km race only:
Capacity to carry a minimum of 500ml water
We reserve the right to enforce other mandatory kit dependent on the weather forecast nearer the time. If required, these will be communicated a week before the race and reviewed up until race day.
